3D printing technology, as a cutting-edge and pioneering emerging technology,has a disruptive significance and role in the transformation of traditional manufac-turing processes and the widespread application of new materials. The 3D printed glove box (additive manufacturing protective glove box) manufactured by Itex is designed for the environment required for the processing of special aerospace com- ponents. The 3D printing equipment generally adopts two types: powder feeding molding or powder spreading molding. Each molding equipment requires different glove box design requirements. Itex designs glove boxes according to different customer requirements and provides reliable and complete solutions.
Vacuum coating
The vacuum coating system provided by Itex is integrated with a vacuum coating system and a vacuum glove box system. It can complete thin film evaporation in a high vacuum evaporation chamber, and store, prepare, and detect samples after evaporation in a high-purity inert gas atmosphere in the glove box. The combination of evaporation coating and vacuum glove box enables fully enclosed production of evaporation, packaging, testing and other processes, highly integrating the entire film growth and device preparation process into a complete controllable environmental atmosphere system, eliminating the influence of unstable factors in the atmo-spheric environment during large-area circuit preparation, and ensuring the preparation of high-performance, large-area organic optoelectronic devices and circuits.

Nuclear industry
■ A device for quickly replacing filters or filter cartridges: mainly solves the problem of pollutants being emitted into the atmosphere and polluting the environment during the process of removing the filter. It can achieve rapid replacement of filters or filter cartridges, achieving the purpose of experiments and protecting the environment.
■ Material transfer device: It transfers harmful, toxic, or sterile materials from one sealed container to anoth- er without contaminating the sealed container or the surrounding environment during transportation. The transfer device includes the alpha port – typically installed on the isolator/glove box wall, as well as the prod- uct transfer port beta equipment. When two components are paired together, materials can be quickly trans- ferred in and out of the environment under continuous control.
■ Bag sealing device: The bag of this device is used to transport sterile products or waste separately. After the components are loaded, the bag can be sterilized and can be connected to the filling line at any time. Different configurations can provide comprehensive security protection for various fields.
